June 21
Just some quick notes;
The last PWS event Brawl For Paul will be available on DVD in about two weeks as will the PWS Firestorm II dvd.

June 12
Just wanted to share an excerpt from a letter sent to PWS from the family of Paul E Normus;
We can't thank you enough for producing the touching tribute to Paul on May 29th. Even though we knew the Brawl for Paul would be dedicated to his memory, we didn't expect the large turnout, the kind words expressed and the outpouring of love for Paul. We can only imaging how much work went into planning the show, and thank you and everyone who worked so hard to do this for Paul.
We certainly didn't expect the generous donation that was given to us towards the end of the evening. You didn't have to do that and we thank you so much for thinking of us. We'd like you and all of Paul's wrestling family to know that we intend to put the money towards his headstone with the thought that in some way, you will always be with him and him with you.
There is no doubt that Paul had an extraordinary passion for wrestling and tremendous loyalty and caring for everyone in his wrestling family. We will always remember this wonderful event as a special gift from all of you.
May you always keep kind thoughts of Paul in a special place in your heart knowing that you will forever have a special place in ours.

May 24 - FIRST MYSTERY RUMBLE ENTRANT ANNOUNCED!
16 out of 20 wrestlers for the 20 Man E-Normus Rumble Match taking place on Fri May 29 in Garfield, NJ have already been announced. PWS has said that there are 4 mystery spots in this match...well..lets let the cat out of the bag with one of them as we think it's only fair as we know a lot of fans will probably want to take the opportunity to meet this former WWE + ECW superstar at our Meet & Greet prior to the show starting. The Homicidal, Genocidal, Suicidal, Death Defying SABU has officially entered the E-Normus Rumble Match taking up one of the 4 remaining mystery spots!

Ron Zombie has informed PWS that he will be unable to attend the May 29 event due to being "Triple Booked". PWS has replaced Ron Zombie with none other than Earl Cooter in the E-Normus Rumble Match!

May 22 - THE NEW HORROR DEBUT
As previously mentioned "The New Horror" Sami Callihan was set to debut at PWS' Brawl For Paul event next Friday night in Garfield, however he was pulled for a tv taping. We have just received word that Sami is now available again and will be competing at PWS next Friday night in what will now be a 4 Way War Match between Sami Callihan, Steve "Monsta" Mack, Xavier, and the returning Trent Acid!

Also folks, All Money Is Legal, a tag team that has been asking to be booked in PWS for the past year has just informed PWS that they will be unable to appear at Brawl For Paul due to a scheduling conflict. That being said, PWS has booked another tag team to take their place in the 4 Way PWS Tag Team Title Match with The Best Around, Urban Legends, and Air-O-Dynamic. Be there live in person on May 29 to find out who walks away with the tag straps!

May 21 - PWS STAR WANTS UFC CHAMP IN THE OCTAGON!
The 400 plus pound human wrecking ball from Alabama is set to make his northeast independent wrestling debut on Friday May 29 for Pro Wrestling Syndicate's Paul E Normus Memorial event at The Garfield Boys & Girls Club in Garfield, NJ. The former Pro Boxing Super Heavyweight Champion Butterbean just did part one of a 3 part interview for King Jordan's Pro Wrestling Connection Hotline which can be heard by calling 212-560-2255. Butterbean talks about his upcoming PWS debut, his experience with WWE, and how he would love to take on Brock Lesnar!

May 16
Just wanted to make a quick note. Some newspaper ads were printed earlier today advertising the May 29 live event which has "tickets starting at $15". This is actually a misprint as tickets start at just $10 for the May 29 PWS Brawl For Paul event in Garfield, NJ.

May 13 - Directions + Pre Show News
Just a quick note; if anyone needs directions to Garfield Boys & Girls Club for our Friday May 29 event please CLICK HERE. The show begins at 8pm and is scheduled to end around 11:15pm featyring nine matches and a 20 man Rumble match! Fans will have the opportunity to meet most the show's stars both before the event at our Meet & Greet from 7-8pm and again at our event's intermission!
PWS will also be having a special 4 Way Matchup from our developmental territory UWA as a bonus pre show match starting at 7:45pm. This Four Way Match Up will feature Diamondback, Qiz, Nick Impact, and Ruin!

May 5
MONEY MONEY, LADIES LADIES
Some major announcements to make on this early Tuesday morning. First off WWE superstar Shad of Cryme Tyme has confirmed that he will be delivering a very special message to everyone at the May 29 Brawl For Paul event!
As previously announced diva Annie Social and former TNA Knock Out So Cal Val will be appearing at the May 29 PWS Brawl For Paul event in Garfield, NJ. Well PWS has just upped the ante a little bit more;
JUST ADDED TO MAY 29: Former TNA Knock Out Roxxi , former WCW star Missy Hyatt, and indy standout Brooke Carter!

Some quick news bits to report. PWS star and former PWS Commissioner Necro Butcher has been nominated for a MTV Movie Award for "Best Fight Scene" with Mickey Rourke in The Wrestler. PWS star 12-Pack is back on VH1 for his third reality show series, Daisy Of Love, where he has been looking like the strongest competitor on the show. PWS alumni Jerry Lynn remains undefeated as Ring Of Honor Champion and PWS alumni Angelina Love remains undefeated as the new TNA Knock Outs Champion.

May 2
Just added to the May 29 PWS Brawl For Paul event will be a special Triple Threat Match between the returning Trent Acid, Steve "Monsta" Mack, and the PWS debut of "The All Around Best" Xavier!

April 27
Just announced, as a result of Deadpool's valet Gorgeous George Frankenstein making an unexpected retirement announcement, Deadpool will now be under the managerial services of none other than Annie Social; a PWS veteran whom was attacked by Reality Check several months ago.

April 20
Just a quick switch to keep fans in the loop with. "The New Horror" Sami Callihan will unfortunately not be appearing on May 29 with PWS as he is now obligated to appear in PA for Ring Of Honor tv tapings. Sami now joins a growing list of talent that has joined ROH since PWS' inception just 18 months ago. For fans wondering, this is also why former PWS Commissioner Necro Butcher, Kenny Omega, and Jerry Lynn, whom is now ROH Champion, are not booked for May 29. They are still very much part of PWS, however due to their ROH contracts their scheduling is limited in spite of them working with PWS prior to their ROH debuts. So now instead of Sami Callihan versus Monsta Mack on May 29, fans will get to see Monsta Mack take on the returning Trent Acid!

BUTTERBEAN CROWNED NEW CHAMP
After holding the PWS Championship for the
past year, Reality Check leader
Devon Moore
shockingly was the first man eliminated in a 4
Way Elimination Match for the belt which also
included
Grim Reefer, Balls Mahoney, and the
eventual winner "
Deadpool".

After "Deadpool" was crowned PWS
Champion, he unmasked to reveal that he
was really
Trent Acid!  As Trent was handed
the Title, the woman whom debuted the
masked Deadpool,
Gorgeous George,
appeared out of nowhere to call out Trent as
posing as Deadpool!

Trent admitted to not being the real Deadpool
and declared himself as a fighting champion
willing to defend the Title anytime, anywhere.
 Moments later "Sweet Home Alabama"
began booming through the speakers as
Butterbean made his way to the ring.
Butterbean had lost via countout earlier in the
night due to a Trent Acid interference and
now looked for revenge.

After a huge K.O. punch to the face, Trent
was laid out for a 10 Count and Butterbean
was crowned the new PWS Champion via
Knockout as a stunned audience applauded.

The questions of Butterbean's next
challenger and the true identity of Deadpool
still await answering.
